Nonsense Poetry Competition

Education Futures Trust's festival nonsense poetry competition in association with poets Ed Boxall and Thabo Nyoni inspired over 80 7-14 year olds to write nonsense poems. Videos of the 6 shortlisted poems, 3 in the younger category and 3 in the older age range below are read by festival director Gail Borrow, poet Ed Boxall, festival researcher Sean Duggan and poet Thabo Nyoni. One poet reads their own poem. All filmed during lockdown.
